Cooking Instructions

Peel and slice potatoes.Boil them until cooked through.

Mash the potatoes and set aside. In a small bowl, stir together the flour, oregano, salt, paprika and if using, garam masala.

In a blender, blend yogurt with ginger and garlic. Add a pinch of salt.

In a pan, heat the olive oil and add in the mashed potatoes. Pour in yogurt mixture and stir well.

Add in the flour mixture and stir to combine. It will be kind of doughy, but still very soft.

Take off heat and let cool for a while. Stir in shredded cheese. Roll small balls of the mixture and flatten to make patties.

Fry the patties in hot oil until golden brown.

Place on paper towels to soak excess oil. Enjoy!
