Quick, easy, and filling! Endless topping variations, plus, the recipe can be easily adjusted for more or less servings.
Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to 375° F. Heat pizza sauce in a pot on medium heat. Cut each biscuit into four equal pieces, and place into a large bowl.
- 2
Add all of the cheese, pepperoni, oregano, and garlic powder into the bowl with the biscuits.
- 3
Mix thoroughly with hands, making sure all of the biscuits are covered with cheese and spices.
- 4
Evenly distribute the mixture into a bundt pan (my pan of choice, but any baking pan will do), and cook until biscuits are done, about 20-25 min. (Note: biscuit cooking temp and time will vary by brand)
- 5
If needed, loosen the bread from the side of the pan with a knife. Immediately place plate on top of pan, overturn the pan onto a plate, then turn again with another plate. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and if using a bundt pan, place small dish of pizza sauce in the hole of the bread. Serve warm and enjoy!
