Steps

Place cooking oil and onions in a sufuria and stir.

Add tomatoes and cover for them to soften.

Stir and add carrots. add peas and potatoes and also add salt.

Add water and royco then cover to cook.

To prepare wet fried beef add cooking oil and stir continuously

Add salt as you stir as the beef turn dark brown without burning turn off heat and serve with the peas and potato stew. serve with steamed cabbage if you wish.
