Steps

In a medium pot, heat oil on low-medium heat. Then add shells. Stir occasionally until shells are a golden brown or brownish color.

When shells are browned, turn off stove and remove pot from heat for about 5 minutes.

Add in tomato sauce and stir. Then turn heat back on. Add water and stir. Then add Chicken Bouillon powder, stir.

Cover with lid and let boil for about 15-20 minutes or until pasta shells are soft.
