In a large shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, Mural Of Flavor and salt.

Make sure the turkey is dry.

Dip the turkey slices into the beaten egg, then the bread crumbs.

Heat 1/4 cup of olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.

Place the turkey in the pan and cook until the bottom side is golden, about 4 minutes.

Flip and cook until the other side is golden, about 3 minutes.

Depending on the size of your slices, you may need to cook them in 2 batches, in which case keep the 1st batch warm in a 200° oven, and add the remaining olive oil to the pan if needed before cooking the remainder.
