  1. 1 can13.5 ounce full-fat unsweetened coconut milk
  2. 2 ozThai red curry paste
  3. 3/4 cupall-natural unsweetened crunchy peanut butter
  4. 1/2 tbspfine sea salt
  5. 3/4 cupcane sugar
  6. 2 tbspapple cider vinegar
  7. 1/2 cupwater

    Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and heat to a boil. Whisk constantly to prevent burning. Simmer for 3-5 minutes and remove from heat. Refrigerate-safe for several weeks.
