Ingredients

  1. Cream
  2. 1 1/2 cupSugar
  3. 2 stickSalted Butter @ room temperature
  4. Wet
  5. 1 largeEgg
  6. 1 tbspVanilla Extract
  7. Dry
  8. 1 tspBaking Soda
  9. 1/2 tspBaking Powder
  10. 2 1/2 cupAP Flour
  11. 1 1/4 cupCrushed Oreos

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oven to 350°F.

    Cream together sugar and butter until fluffy.

  3. 3

    Mix in Wet until well incorporated.

  4. 4

    Sift Dry if desired. Add little by little.

  5. 5

    Note: dough will be stuff but moist. May need to mix by hand.

    Scoop out onto sheet pan and bake for 10-12 minutes. This creates deliciously chewy cookies to enjoy the next day! I use a small cookie scoop.
