This recipe came after some experimentation. I made a few batches, which meant lots of chicken parm to eat.

I opened the freezer and found a piece of chicken then I thought of this recipe.

This is my second re-creation of items available at the food court in Costco supermarkets, following the "Baked Bulgoli". This time it's "Baked Chicken," a dish of chicken with tons of white sauce in a huge piece of bread. That dense bread seemed too hard to re-create so I just use tortillas.If you don't have any Krazy Salt, use regular salt and pepper, and some garlic powder if you have it. Recipe by syusyusyu
