Ingredients

  1. 3 tbspbutter or margarine
  2. 1/2cabbage
  3. 2/3 cuprice. (I use minute rice)
  4. 1 mediumonion, chopped
  5. 2 lbhamburg
  6. 1 largecan diced tomatoes or rotel tomatoes
  7. 1salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Melt butter in skillet, layer cabbage, uncook rice, onion, raw crumbled hamburger, salt & pepper, then tomatoes. Cover with lid and simmer 25 -35 minutes until rice cabbage and burger are done.

    DO NOT STIR OR LIFT THE LID UNTIL FOOD IS DONE!!!
