Steps

Peel and slice up your potatoes and rinse in cold water

In a pan heat up your oil till it's very hot

Drop your sliced potatoes in the oil once you've dried them with a cloth or paper towel

Deep fry your potatoes for about 45min constantly turning them
- 5
Once fried to the desired crispy texture remove the chips from the oil
- 6
Place on a paper towel to drain out the excess oil then INDULGE
