Place onions in the boiled beef and add cooking oil and stir.

Addtomatoes and cover for them to tenderise and after a minute.uncover and add royco.

Stir and add the maize and beans while stirring.

Add 1cup water and salt then cover for 5-7minutes turn off heat and serve.
