  • 1/4grapefruit
  • 1enough water to fill a large pitcher
  • 1strawberry
  • 1/2cucumber

    Slice strawberry and cucumber thinly and add to pitcher.

  2. 2

    Slice grapefruit into small triangles and add to pitcher.

  3. 3

    Add water.

  4. 4

    For best results, wait ten hours before consumption.

  5. 5

    Replace fruit after every fourth refill.

  6. 6

    Enjoy and say goodbye to extra fat.
