Ingredients

15 mins
  • 2 3/4 cupall-purpose flour
  • 1 tbspbaking soda
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 1/4 cupmargarine
  • 2 cupwhite sugar
  • 2eggs
  • 2 tspsugar

    Preheat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    In a medium bowl, stir flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

  3. 3

    In large bowl, cream together margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in beaten eggs and vanilla.

  4. 4

    Add dry ingredients to large bowl. Stir until the dough is formed.

  5. 5

    Spoon onto tray 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

May I ask what is the difference between white sugar and sugar? Did u mean powdered sugar?
