I often make chocolate bavarois, but I thought topping with chocolate syrup and cornflakes would be a fun and enjoyable texture, so I created this recipe! Since I didn't want to the chocolate syrup to be heavy, I put cream bavarois between the two chocolate layers. I tried making it many times and finally perfected this recipe.Please try the dual-layered or triple-layered versions as a dessert for guests.Also delicious if you use a lot more edamame.It's a bit troublesome, but be sure to de-skin the Decorative edamame.When making the dual and triple-layered versions, it's best to let the layers set at room temperature, and then pour the next layer in. If you let them set in the refrigerator, there's a chance they won't stick together.The single layer version has a well-developed flavor, and the dual and triple-layered versions have the milk layer for a smoother taste. A super easy and delicious dessert to make.

Sometimes, I enjoy eating a nice bowl of yogurt in the evening, I have tried most of the yogurts that are sold in the supermarkets but they are to sour for me. Butttt the market I have close by has finally placed on their refrigerator shelves Original Greek Yogurt. I was truly happy with this discovery, because I kind of gave up on eating yogurt a couple of months ago and was definitely not happy about this.Anyway, I love to add different toppings like honey and walnuts, or fruits instead of eating plain yogurt. I wanted to share a completely different recipe topping with you which I found a few years ago while watching one of the cooking shows. I thought to myself that this was just an absolute must try. It is scrumptious!!!So, if you like to live dangerously, and by this I mean trying new flavors/tastes then this topping will completely astonish you with the variation of dried fruits simmered with Vanilla, Cinnamon and a few more extra ingredients. 🙂

This is a variation on an old recipe I first made 36 years ago. It's a great recipe for the upcoming hot summer months. You can still find the original recipe floating around called "fruit cocktail pie" or "Lemon freeze dessert".

Today, I found some leftover homegrown jackfruit in the fridge, some off-season strawberries freshly picked in Da Lat, newly bought candied gooseberries, and a packet of agar powder. So, I decided to make this dish again. It's been over 20 years already.
