Ingredients

  1. 11 ozbag nacho doritos or taco flavoerd
  2. 2 lbground beef
  3. 1homemade taco seasoning(on my profile)
  4. 1 can@ 10.75 oz.of cheddar cheese soup
  5. 1/2 canwater
  6. 1 smallonion- diced
  7. 14 ozsliced black olives(optional)
  8. 2tomatoes-diced
  9. 8 ozshredded mozzarella cheese
  10. 8 ozshredded cheddar cheese
  11. 1/2 headof lettuce- shredded

Cooking Instructions

40 mins
  1. 1

    preheat oven to 350°F.

    brown your ground beef,drain,and add seasoning to to beef,and mix well.

  3. 3

    in a medium bowl mix soup and water together until smooth.

  4. 4

    spray 9×13 pan with cooking spray. crush chips and line bottom of the pan.

    add your beef mixture to the top of the chips.

  6. 6

    pour your soup mixture over the beef.

  7. 7

    add your onion,black olives,and tomatoes to the top of the soup.

  8. 8

    top your veggies with the cheese.

  9. 9

    bake for 1/2 hr or until cheese is melted,and brown.

    before serving,add your lettuce to your casserole.

    let stand for 5 MIN before serving.

I forgot to get the soup so I improvised with Velveeta and milk and it turned out really well!
