1 bowlWhipping cream
200Icing sugar
8Egg white
200 gmsugar
450 gmPistachio paste
5 mlGreen colour
600 gmCocoa butter
10 gmVanilla
30 gmGelatin

Steps

Mix whipping cream add Icing sugar

Then miX egg with sugar add vanilla beat well then mix with Step 1

Then add pistachio paste mix well add gelatin keep it set after set remove from mould.

Use chocolate spray machine for spraying Mix cocoa butter green colour and Spary on the pastry garnish as per your style
