1 loafGoat Cheese
3/4 bunchGreen Onions. sliced
Heavy cream

Put onions and cheese in a food processor or blender and blend

Add Heavy cream to make the spread thinner but not so thin that it is liquid and blend.

Refrigerate. Serve on crackers or fresh bread.
