  1. 1 loafGoat Cheese
  2. 3/4 bunchGreen Onions. sliced
  3. Heavy cream

  1. 1

    Put onions and cheese in a food processor or blender and blend

  2. 2

    Add Heavy cream to make the spread thinner but not so thin that it is liquid and blend.

  3. 3

    Refrigerate. Serve on crackers or fresh bread.
