puff pastry packet from market
you can use the prefered types of cheese. I used sheeder cheese,kiri cheese "creamy white cheese"
1egg
1 tbspmilk

Defrost the puff pastry in the microwave if it is frozen.

Chip all kinds of cheese together

Put a small portion of mixed cheese in the middle of pastry and shape it as you want
4

In a small bowel mix the egg and the milk
5

Brush with the previous mix

Preheat the oven 200 ℃ and put it for 15 min.
