Besan or suji mix kar le, dhi add karein.

Ek spoon oil, salt, sugar add kar ke mix kar le.

Ek kdhai Mein pani grm karein.. Aadhe kdhai se km pani grm karein. Usme ek chnni lagakar set karein. Kdhai par upar dhkne ke liye ek plate le.

Ab ek Alg ghre brtn Mein oil lgaye.

Mixture Mein eno milakr chlaye or brtn Mein dal DE.

Ab kdhai Mein chnni ke upar y brtn rakh kar achhe se dhk DE.

High flame par 10-12min tak pkne DE.

Jab achhe se ban jaye dhokla to bhr nikal kar thanda hone rakh DE.

Ab tdka ke liye ek kdhai Mein oil grm karein. Rai kri ptta, kri ptta, dal kar bhune.

Ab pani add karein.

Nibu ka rs dale. Sugar add karein.

Or ubal aane tak pakayein. Phir flame off kar ke thanda hone DE.

Ab is syrup ko dhokle par achhe se phela DE. Or dhokla serve karein.
