    Wash the fish then remove the scales. Rinse again

  2. 2

    Use a knife to section the fish. Remove the intestines of the fish then rinse again

    Heat cooking oil in a frying pan. Deep-fry the fish

  4. 4

    Place a clean frying pan on heat. Add some oil and one chopped onion then fry till golden brown

  5. 5

    Add chopped tomatoes and fry till soft. Add1 cup water then place the fish in it

  6. 6

    Add salt then cover,allow to settle for 5 minutes

  7. 7

    Place a clean frying pan on heat and add oil and chopped onion

  8. 8

    Add tomatoes and fry for some time then add chopped kales. Add a little salt to taste. Serve hot
