Ingredients

  • 1 cupbig chopped Gobi (half boil)
  • 2 cubecheese
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 2 tbspall purpose flour
  • 3 tbsptomato puree
  • 1 tbspoil
  • Salt
  • 1 tspblack paper powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take kadai Add butter and add all purpose flour

  2. 2

    Once all purpose flour cooked and starting colour changing add milk

  3. 3

    Mix well take care of do not make lumps

  4. 4

    Mix it well and cook for 5 to 7 minutes

  5. 5

    Add cheese and cook in to slow flame also add salt and black paper powder

  6. 6

    Take another kadai Add onion and heat it

  7. 7

    Add tomato puree and cook add paper powder chilli powder (optional)

  8. 8

    And turmeric powder Add half boil.gobi

  9. 9

    Mix it well now add cheese sauce in it

  10. 10

    Serve hot
