Apply some oil on the papad.

Place this papad on the hot tawa

Keep rotating the papad so as to cook from all the sides.

Turn and apply oil and roast

The semi fry papad is ready

In a serving plate keep the papad and spread the onions, tomatoes and freshly chopped coriander leaves.

Finally garnish with nylon sev

Sprinkle salt and chat masala just before serving.
