4 piecesTomato
1 spoonOil
1 teaspoonPachphoran
3Garlic cloves (finely chopped)
1 pieceBay leaves
1 pieceRed dried chilli
3 tablespoonsSugar
1/2 teaspoonSalt

Steps

Take a pan add oil then add pachphoran saute.

Add garlic fry for 30sec.

Add Bay leaves and red dry chilli saute.

Add tomato fry for 2min.

Add sugar and salt mix it well and cook till it fully soft.

Tomato ki jhatpat chutney is ready to serve serve it with aloo puri.
