Red Chilli And Garlic Chutney
A spicy and tangy chutney

Make garlic paste by grinding 100 gms of garlic along with some water into a smooth paste

For red Chilli paste soak 200 gms of dried red chillies in warm water for 15 minutes, then grind them into a smooth paste with little water, deseed them

Heat oil in a pan and put rai, jeera and white sesame seeds, let them splutter
- 4
Then add haldi, dhania powder, saute for a while, on low heat
- 5
Then add garlic paste, cook for 2 minutes, stirring continuously, until it becomes little brown

Then add red Chilli paste, cook on low heat until the oil comes out

Then add salt and amchur powder, mix well

Cook further for 2 minutes and the chutney is ready

When becomes completely cool then take it out in a serving bowl

You can have this with poori, paranthas, white dhokla

You can store this for 15 days in an airtight container in the fridge
