  2. 1/2 cupGreen peas
  3. 1Cucumber chopped
  4. 1/4 cuppurple Cabbage sliced
  5. 1onion chopped
  6. 2-3green chillies chopped
  7. 1tomato chopped
  8. 1 inchginger chopped
  9. as neededCoriander leaves few chopped
  10. as neededMint leaves few chopped
  11. To tasteSalt to season
  12. as neededCracked peppercorns for seasoning
  13. 1/2 tspLemon Juice of 1 lemon

    Soak the chanaand peas for 3-4 hours or overnight. Drain them well and add them to a mixing bowl.

    Make ready all the ingredients and take them in a mixing bowl and mix them well.

    Just before serving add the salt, pepper and squeeze the lemon juice, mix well and serve.
