Spinach corn soup
Steps

1.vapour spinach leaves,allow it to cool.

Boil sweet corn and keep them aside.

Blend spinach in grinder with green garlic,ginger,green chillies

Take one cup milk add cornflour into it.stirr with spoon.keep it aside.

Now in a pan melt butter,add spinach puree,black salt as per taste, honey,sweet corn, now add cornflour milk one cup more milk.

Stirr continuesly on slow flame for 5 min.

Serve hot.
