1 bunchcoriander leaf and spring onion
4 cupwinter gourd
sauce
1 tbsphoisin sauce and light soy sauce
2 tbspshaoxing wine and black vineger
1/2 tbspsugar
1 bunchpeanut
1 dashsesame oil
1 tbspgarlic and ginger

with oil fry ginger and garlic with winter guord for 1 minute

add sauce mix well then cover lid simmer in low heat for 5minute

add cucumber and spring onion with coriander then add a dash of sesame oil mix well off heat

serve top crush peanut
