Mix jaggery and water and boil it

When jaggery melted turn off gas

Now sirve it in chhani

Mix wheat flour and moyen with palm

Now add jaggery water slowly

Make thick dough

Keep this dough for 1 hour

After 1 hour make thick roti about 1 inch thick

Cut it in four pieces

And fry it in hot oil on low flame

Cool it and serve with achar
