Steps
- 1
get a muffin pan(nonstick makes clean up easy) and a small flat skillet (pan)
- 2
preheat your oven to 325-350f
- 3
take a slice of bologna and fry it in the pan on low heat DO NOT FLIP IT. . you want it to make a "cup" shape
- 4
do this with how many servings you need
- 5
put the bologna cups in the muffin pan, then take a raw egg and put it in each cup (hence the name egg and bologna cup)
- 6
you can season these how ever you want. . I sometimes use onion, ham, salt, pepper, whatever floats your boat
- 7
stick the muffin pan in the oven till the eggs are done enough for your liking (i like mine hard baked so about 30-40m) put some tin over them if the bologna starts to burn (i like them a little burnt)
- 8
then take them out when done and serve them up my kids love them plus they get a whole egg with a kid fav (bologna)
