Ingredients

6 servings
  1. main
  2. 3 cupmilk
  3. 1 cancondensed cream of potato soup
  4. 2 cupfrozen southren style hash browns
  5. 1 cupshredded sharp chedder cheese
  6. 2 slicebacon crisply cooked, drained and crumbled
  7. 1/4 cupthinly sliced green onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix milk and soup in large sauce pan.

  2. 2

    Stir in hash browns

  3. 3

    Bring to boil on high heat, stirring occasinally

  4. 4

    Reduce heat to medium-low

  5. 5

    Simmer 10 minutes, stirring frequently

  6. 6

    Top evenly with the cheese , bacon ,and onions
