  • 4 tbspolive oil mayonnaise
  • 2 tbspmustard
  • 2 tbspKetchup
  • 2 tbspgrated onion
  • 2 tbspsweet pickle relish
  • 2 tbspWorchester sauce
  • 1salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 sliceAmerican cheese
  • 16dill pickles
  • 1 cupminced yellow onions
  • 8sesame seed bun lightly toasted
  • 2 cupshredded iceberg lettuce
  • 2 lbsirloin

Steps

    spread bun bottoms what that generous amount of special sauce top with shredded lettuce place burgers on the buns top of bun tops and serve

    preheat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat season both sides of the patty with salt and black pepper when very hot at 8 of the patties to the skillet cook for about a minute until a brown crust forms will it flip cover to Pattys with a slice of cheese and continue cooking for 60 to 90 seconds until bottoms have a crust pop eat cheese burger with two pickles and a handful of miced onion stack naked burgers on top of the cheeseburgers and remove to cutting board repeat with remaining 8 paddy
