Ingredients

  1. 2boiled egg yolks only
  2. 1 bunchenoki mushroom
  3. 4 slicecooked thinly cured ham
  4. 1 dasholive oil
  5. season egg yolk
  6. 1 pinchsugar and salt
  7. dressing
  8. 1 dashbalsamic vinegar glaze

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    bring to a boil water and egg then simmer for 8 minute and off heat

  2. 2

    roll enoki with ham and drizzle olive oil then bake 180 for 10 minute till lightly brown

  3. 3

    break egg yolk gently like crumbs and season it mix well like crumbs like

  4. 4

    serve enoki mushroom with egg yolk crumbs top dressing
