Ingredients

  • 1/3 cupPaprika
  • 3 tbspDry Mustard
  • 3 tbspOnion Powder
  • 3 tbspGarlic Powder
  • 2 tbspBasil Leaves
  • 1 tbspGround Black Pepper
  • 1 tbspSalt
  • 2 tspCayenne Pepper (more or less depending on heat level desired)
  • 2 tbspBrown Sugar

    Combine all ingredients.

  2. 2

    Remove silver skin from the ribs.

  3. 3

    Coat ribs heavily and massage into the meat (should be enough for 3 slabs or about 1 1/4 cups).

  4. 4

    Let ribs rest for atleast 2 hours or overnight.

  5. 5

    Cook/smoke ribs as desired.

  6. 6

    Extra rub can be stored in an airtight container.
