Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients.

Remove silver skin from the ribs.

Coat ribs heavily and massage into the meat (should be enough for 3 slabs or about 1 1/4 cups).

Let ribs rest for atleast 2 hours or overnight.

Cook/smoke ribs as desired.
- 6
Extra rub can be stored in an airtight container.
