Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupdouble strength coffee or espresso, cooled
  2. 2 ozespresso
  3. 1/2 cuphalf and half
  4. 3 tbspsugar
  5. 1 1/2 tbspvanilla extract
  6. 1 1/4 cupice cubes

Steps

  1. 1

    Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.

  2. 2

    Select Variable 1.

  3. 3

    Switch machine to Start and slowly increase speed to Variable 8.

  4. 4

    Blend for 10 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.

  5. 5

    Top with Whipped Cream
