  • 16 ozFresh Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 tbspOlive Oil
  • 1 tbspButter
  • 1/2 cupChopped Pecans
  • 1/2 cupDried Cranberries
  • 1Salt and Pepper

    Cut off stems and slice sprouts in half.

  2. 2

    Heat oil and butter in large skillet on MEDIUM. Add sprouts, pecans, and cranberries. Cook until sprouts are tender and lightly browned, stirring frequently for 8 to 10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
