1/2 cupchopped bell pepper / hot peppers
1/4 cupchopped onion
1 1/2 cupfrozen hash browns
1 cupshredded cheese
1/2 cupBisquick mix
1 cupmilk
2eggs
1salt & pepper to taste

Heat oven to 375

Cook sausage, pepper & onion, stirring occasionally

Combine sausage mixture, potatoes and 3/4c. cheese

Stir Bisquick, milk, eggs, salt & pepper

Pour liquid over sausage mixture in 13x9 greased pan.

Bake uncovered for 35 minutes

Add remaining cheese on top and let melt
