Ingredients

2 1/2 lbground turkey
1 largeonion, chopped
2 candark kidney beans
1 canrotel mild chilies n diced tomato
1 candiced tomatoes w/chilies
1 envelopeChili seasoning
1 tspcumin
2 tspgarlic
2 tspchili powder
salt n pepper
1 cupcorn, I used 2 leftover ears
1 smalljalapeño sliced

Steps

Saute onion until translucent

Add ground turkey and spices. Cook until browned

Add both cans of chilies & tomato, and both cans of beans
4

After simmering for 15 minutes add corn and jalapeño. Continue cooking for 45 minutes.

Optional. ..add shredded cheese or sour cream to taste.
