Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 lbground turkey
  2. 1 largeonion, chopped
  3. 2 candark kidney beans
  4. 1 canrotel mild chilies n diced tomato
  5. 1 candiced tomatoes w/chilies
  6. 1 envelopeChili seasoning
  7. 1 tspcumin
  8. 2 tspgarlic
  9. 2 tspchili powder
  10. salt n pepper
  11. 1 cupcorn, I used 2 leftover ears
  12. 1 smalljalapeño sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute onion until translucent

  2. 2

    Add ground turkey and spices. Cook until browned

  3. 3

    Add both cans of chilies & tomato, and both cans of beans

  4. 4

    After simmering for 15 minutes add corn and jalapeño. Continue cooking for 45 minutes.

  5. 5

    Optional. ..add shredded cheese or sour cream to taste.
