Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbground turkey
  • 1 largeonion, chopped
  • 2 candark kidney beans
  • 1 canrotel mild chilies n diced tomato
  • 1 candiced tomatoes w/chilies
  • 1 envelopeChili seasoning
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 2 tspgarlic
  • 2 tspchili powder
  • salt n pepper
  • 1 cupcorn, I used 2 leftover ears
  • 1 smalljalapeño sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute onion until translucent

  2. 2

    Add ground turkey and spices. Cook until browned

  3. 3

    Add both cans of chilies & tomato, and both cans of beans

  4. 4

    After simmering for 15 minutes add corn and jalapeño. Continue cooking for 45 minutes.

  5. 5

    Optional. ..add shredded cheese or sour cream to taste.
