  • 2 tbspvinegar
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 2 tbspbrown sugar
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1egg
  • 2 tbspbutter

    Mix milk and vinegar then set aside

  2. 2

    Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl

  3. 3

    Melt butter then add melted butter and egg to milk. Combine with dry ingredients

  4. 4

    Let batter sit for 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Cook on skillet at medium-high heat
