1red bell pepper

Brown onions, peppers and garlic in saucepan, try to keep as many habanero seeds out as possible.

Deglaze pan with red wine.

Add 4 cups of water with honey, chili and ginger paste.

Add an approximately 6 tbsp size dark roux into the mixture and simmer until thick.
