Boil the mung seeds in a cooker or in an enclosed container. You can use sprouted mung if you prefer.

Chop the onion while the Mung is cooking.

Check the mung cooking progress and around the time its almost done, heat oil in a pan.

Add onions as soon as the oil is heated enough and sautee until they are pink or turning golden.

Add salt and mix well.

In about a minute, Empty the mixture into your eating bowl or plate. Don't cleant the pan yet. Instead add butter to the empty pan.

Add the eggwhites to the heated butter and make an omelet. flip it over if you like it that way.

Empty the omlett pan over the mung. This will prevent the heat from escaping and will make the mung retain its flavour and taste for as long it takes you to eat.

Have some bread with it.
