  • 1 cuponion
  • 4 1/2 clovegarlic
  • 1 smallginger
  • 1 largepotato (if preferred)
  • 1 largecarrots
  • 1/2 slicebell peppers (diff.colors)
  • 2/3 lbchicken meat
  • 1 1/2 tbspboullion
  • 1 cancoconut milk
  • 1 tbsppepper
  • 3boiled eggs (if preffered)

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Sautee garlic,onion, ginger

  2. 2

    Add meat then cover to tenderize the meat

  3. 3

    Add pepper then cover

  4. 4

    Add boullion

  5. 5

    Add a can of coconut milk slowly, mix then cover

  6. 6

    Let it Simmer

  7. 7

    Add curry powder

  8. 8

    Add potato and carrots, let it simmer until it is tender

  9. 9

    Add boiled eggs

  10. 10

    Add bell pepper last.
