cut chicken into desired pieces set aside - I cut them into 1cm thick by 4cm wide by 10 long pieces

blend up pepper, onion, onion powder, bread crumbs and place in a bowl - blend chips in hand fulls at a time and add to bowl and combine (chips should be blended to look like bread crumbs)

combine chip mix, and bread crumbs mix with cheese

place flour in one bowl, egg and milk wisked in another
- 5
coat chicken in flour - egg mixture - and crumb mixture, ensuring to press the crumbs on to ensure adhesion - place onto a plate or tray

place into fridge for 2.5 hours to set

heat up oil in a frying pan, and cook chicken until golden brown
- 8
serve with sour cream, salsa, fresh garden salad or just eat them alone.
