Corned Beef Hash with Dumplings

Put the Potatoes, Carrots and Onions in a large pan with the boiling water, cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes

Add the Corned Beef, Peas and Oxo cubes and cook for a further 20 minutes

Whilst the Corned Beef Hash is cooking, prepare the Dumplings by Mixing the flour, suet and salt together and add about 5 tablespoons of water to create a firm but pliable dough

Separate the dough into 8-10 balls

Add to the corned beef hash after the 20 minutes in step 2 is over

Cook for a further 20 minutes
