  • Corned Beef Hash
  • 2Onions, chopped
  • 4 mediumPotatoes peeled and cubed
  • 3Carrots peeled and chopped
  • 500 mlBoiling Water
  • 1 tinGarden Peas
  • 2 tinsCorned Beef
  • 3Beef Oxo Cubes
  • Dumplings
  • 50 gramsShredded Beef Suet
  • 100 gramsSelf raising flour
  • 1 pinchSalt

  1. 1

    Put the Potatoes, Carrots and Onions in a large pan with the boiling water, cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes

  2. 2

    Add the Corned Beef, Peas and Oxo cubes and cook for a further 20 minutes

  3. 3

    Whilst the Corned Beef Hash is cooking, prepare the Dumplings by Mixing the flour, suet and salt together and add about 5 tablespoons of water to create a firm but pliable dough

  4. 4

    Separate the dough into 8-10 balls

  5. 5

    Add to the corned beef hash after the 20 minutes in step 2 is over

  6. 6

    Cook for a further 20 minutes
