Ingredients

  • 1 largeRotisserie Chicken ( original flavor)
  • 12 sliceof Kraft swiss cheese
  • 10 sliceof oven roasted ham
  • 1 cancream of chicken
  • 1 packagesMicrowaveable Frozen broccoli
  • 1 packagesMicrowaveable Frozen rice with mixed vegetables
  • 1garlic salt
  • 1black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre-heat oven to 450°

  2. 2

    PREP: Shred rotisserie chicken into bite size pieces.

  3. 3

    PREP: Microwave frozen rice & broccoli according to package instructions.

  4. 4

    Cover the bottom of the dish with the rice , even out as much as possible. Season rice with garlic salt & pepper to liking.

  5. 5

    Next layer is the broccoli, even out over rice & season to liking.

  6. 6

    Pour cream of chicken evenly over broccoli and rice.

  7. 7

    Place chicken pieces evenly over casserole.

  8. 8

    Arrange 6 slices of cheese over chicken.

  9. 9

    Arrange ham over first layer of cheese.

  10. 10

    Arrange second layer if cheese over ham. Season top cheese layer to liking and place in oven.

  11. 11

    Bake until cheese has completely melted.

  12. 12

    Slice into squares and serve.
