Ingredients

  • 2 tbspvegetable oil
  • 2onions (finely chopped )
  • 2 1/2 lbground beef
  • 1/2 cupTomato sauce
  • 1/4 cupWorcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cupSoy Sauce
  • 1Black Pepper
  • 1Green pepper (finely chopped )

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in pan on medium heat

  2. 2

    Add onions and peppers and stir until onions are cooked (approx 5 min)

  3. 3

    Add ground beef and stir until fully cooked. while stirring break into small pieces.

  4. 4

    Drain oil off meat and onions and pat off

  5. 5

    Stir in tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce

  6. 6

    Add black Pepper to taste
