  2. 1 headromaine lettuce
  3. 1/2 cupcucumber
  4. 2stock celery
  5. 1/3 bunchparsely
  6. 1/2 cupsprouts (optional)
  7. 1/2 cupdried quinoa
  8. Ginger Dressing
  9. 1 cuptahini
  10. 4oranges
  11. 3lemons
  12. 3medjool dates
  13. 4inches ginger root
  14. 1/4water

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Cook quinoa as per instructions listed

  2. 2

    Peel & juice your oranges & lemons.

  3. 3

    Remove pitts from dates

  4. 4

    Combine dressing ingredients & blend till smooth.

  5. 5

    Chop romaine, cucumber, celery & parsely.

  6. 6

    Place all salad ingredients in a bowl.

  7. 7

    Add 2-3 tbsp of dressing. Toss & Enjoy.
