I am a huge Foodie and I love to cook at the same time. Pizzas are my weakness. Everytime I wanted to eat one, I had to order one which was not always possible. So I tried it at home with very less toppings as starters. As it turned out to be great, I started experimenting with the toppings.

Ingredients

  1. 1Pizza base
  2. 1Pizza Sauce
  3. 1Mozzarella Cheese
  4. 1chopped onion
  5. 1chopped capsicum
  6. 1 cupcorn
  7. 1chopped jalapeño
  8. 1chopped olives
  9. 1herbs

Cooking Instructions

    Apply the pizza sauce on the pizza Base evenly.

    Spread all the veggie toppings ie. chopped onion, capsicum, jalapeño, olives and corn.

  3. 3

    Now spread grated cheese all over and your pizza is ready for the oven. You can use other cheeses also as you like it.

    Preheat your oven at 220° or less as per your microwave. Meanwhile apply butter to the crust plate and place your pizza.

  5. 5

    After preheating, microwave your pizza for 10 mins. Then Garnish the pizza with the herbs/spices you like. Enjoy.
