Ingredients

  1. 2eggs
  2. 1lemon yogurt
  3. 1yogurt container of cane sugar (brown sugar)
  4. 2 1/2yogurt containers of flour
  5. 1/2 packetbaking powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
  7. 1/2small glass sunflower oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

    Grease and flour a rectangular baking pan.

  3. 3

    In a bowl, combine the 2 eggs, sugar, oil, and yogurt. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Sift the flour with the baking powder and baking soda, then mix.

    Bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes, depending on your oven.

    Remove and let cool before removing from the pan.
