Ingredients

  • 1Avocado
  • 1 bunchCilantro (dried or freshly chopped)
  • 2 cansLump Crab (drained)
  • Mexican cheese mix
  • to tasteOld Bay Seasoning
  • Hot fresh Salsa
  • 1 bageasy peel shrimp
  • 2 bagtortilla chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375°F

  2. 2

    Clean and peel shrimp. Cut shrimp into bite size pieces.

  3. 3

    Layer tortilla chips with shrimp, crab, and cheese in a 12×9 baking pan ending with shrimp and cheese. (i.e.: chips, crab, cheese, shrimp, cheese)

  4. 4

    Cook until cheese melts, and shrimp turn pink. 30-40 minutes depending on size of shrimp.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning.

  6. 6

    Top with salsa and diced avocado.

  7. 7

    Sprinkle with cilantro.
