5red potatoes(medium size)
1onion
1red bell pepper
1orange bell pepper
1yellow bell pepper

Cut potatoes in cubes fry in olive oil with the onion

Cut peppers in strips add to potatoes cook over medium heat heat till potatoes are browned and soft
3

Cut up sausage add to mixture cook till sausage is done
4

Serve and enjoy
